Michael Diederich

Michael Diederich is Deputy CEO and CFO of FC Bayern München AG, where he drives the club’s financial and business strategy. Since joining in 2023, he has helped achieve record turnover of €854 million alongside new profit and equity benchmarks. His leadership keeps the club at the forefront both financially and competitively. Previously CEO of HypoVereinsbank (UniCredit Bank AG) and a member of UniCredit’s group executive committee, he brings deep expertise in investment and corporate banking. He holds a PhD in economics and an MBA from Northwestern University.
