Aachen and Munich, 12 June 2025 – Fortino Capital, a European-based investor focused on high growth B2B SaaS companies that leverage artificial intelligence, announces its investment in Modell Aachen GmbH, a market leader in the development of interactive management systems.
Fortino’s investment will support Modell Aachen in strengthening its position as an innovation leader, aiming to make AI-enabled interactive management systems the standard across Europe. The deal also marks the first investment from Fortino Capital’s new Private Equity Fund, PE III.
