We are deeply saddened by the sudden passing of Michael Halbye in a tragic skiing accident this weekend.

Michael was a trusted advisor at Fortino Capital. In the short time we worked together, he made a strong and lasting impact. Since taking on the role of Chairman of the Board at ProMark (one of our portfolio companies) in December 2024, he brought invaluable perspective, clarity, and energy to our strategy and priorities. His deep professionalism was consistently accompanied by genuine warmth, integrity, and respect he showed in every interaction.

Michael will be deeply missed. Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
