Charlotte is a legal counsel & compliance officer at Fortino, focusing on the Fund’s daily management, compliance and regulatory matters. Additionally, Charlotte works closely with the investment team on transactional activities and provides support to the portfolio companies.
Before becoming a part of the Fortino team, Charlotte worked for five years as a lawyer at Argo Law, specialising in private equity, M&A and financial transactions.
Her education includes a Master of Laws from KU Leuven and Queen Mary University of London, an LL.M. in International Business Law from Panthéon-Assas University of Paris and a Business Foundations Certificate Programme from INSEAD.
