Patrick Hermann joined Fortino Capital in September 2024 as Investment Director in Munich, Germany to launch & build Fortino's DACH VC team & effort. Prior to Fortino, for more than 7 years, Patrick has been investing for Picus Capital in founders that want to solve hard problems with deep technical and ambitious solutions across industries (B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure, vertical AI & financial services) and stages (from pre-seed to Series A). Patrick built the cybersecurity and enterprise infrastructure practice & led investments in ventures such as Hadrian, Formant, Ledge, Spice, Hawk, Zavvy, Perpetual Systems, Conifers, Openlayer, Coboworx, Zazume, & Junto amongst others.
