Robbert Huisman

Robbert Huisman has over 20 years of international leadership experience in SaaS B2B growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence. He was Chief Operating Officer of Catawiki, a member of the extended leadership team at Booking.com, and Head of Tech & IT at Round Hill Capital as part of the Executive Team. Robbert started with a background in aerospace engineering before moving into strategy consulting at PwC (formerly Booz & Company), where he focused on (retail) operations, consumer and digital.

Robbert is recognized for scaling B2B SaaS businesses, shaping vision and strategy, redesigning operating models, and delivering technology execution in both scale-ups and multinational environments. At Fortino, he focuses on supporting portfolio companies with product, technology and AI initiatives, alongside commercial performance, operational improvements, and sustainable customer-centric growth.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is passionate about home renovations, deep house music, and enjoying time with his wife and three kids in Amsterdam.
